But on the inside, it often feels very different.
I can support you with topics such as:

How I work
At its core, I work with an approach that was developed in practice by psychologist Oliver Ruppel over the course of more than 20,000 sessions.
This approach is called CTW. It belongs to a modern form of hypnosis and differs significantly from traditional hypnosis and conventional coaching.
The Effects of Hypnosis
Many people first want to know whether hypnosis really works and what it actually feels like.
Today, hypnosis is scientifically recognized and has been used in medicine for decades. Unlike stage hypnosis, the experience is simply one of deep physical relaxation while remaining fully present, aware, and in complete control of yourself.
Change Through Experience
Our work is less about understanding, analysing, or reflecting. Instead, it is about direct experiences you can have in a state of deep relaxation, helping you understand unconscious patterns and create lasting change.
Deep Relaxation Instead of Constantly Functioning
Many people spend their entire day functioning almost like a machine. Stress, sleep problems, inner restlessness, sadness, emptiness, anxiety, excess weight, chain smoking, or a lack of self-confidence are often the result.
Our conversations are designed to help you reconnect with yourself and your own feelings.
Based on Science
My approach combines different fields, including hypnotherapy, NLP, systemic approaches, and cybernetics. It is based on the work of Milton Erickson and Richard Bandler and has been further developed over many years by psychologist Oliver Ruppel.
Lasting Change
A conversation can help with grief, sleep problems, feeling overwhelmed, uncertainty, and many other recurring patterns that may be holding you back.
The goal is never to simply cover up symptoms for a short time, but to help you discover your own unconscious patterns so that real and lasting change can happen at the source.
What the Process Looks Like
1. A Free Introductory Conversation
Everything begins with a free, no-obligation introductory conversation.
This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk about what is on your mind, and find out together whether working together is the right fit for you and your situation.
2. The First Session
Many people come to me because they feel sad, alone, overwhelmed, uncertain, or are struggling with family-related issues.
Often, however, we discover that beneath the visible problem lie unconscious patterns and behaviours that keep causing the same difficulties to repeat, even though you don’t want them to. The first session is about understanding these patterns.
3. How We Work Together
Our work focuses on unconscious patterns rather than simply talking about problems.
Through trance—a state of deep physical relaxation—and direct experience, you can discover new perspectives and make decisions during the session that would be difficult to reach through thinking alone.
4. Bringing Change Into Everyday Life
The solutions do not come from me. My role is to guide and support you throughout the process without telling you what to do.
Over time, you learn to trust yourself again and to move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and the ability to make your own decisions.

Our sessions take place either online or in person in Cyprus.
If you are in Cyprus, we can meet at our home, or I can come to your home or another location of your choice within the Paphos region. Travel is included.
During the free introductory consultation, I’ll be happy to advise you honestly and fairly on which package is the best fit for your situation and needs.
SINGEL SESSION

Often a good choice if we’ve already worked together and you’d like to explore another topic in a follow-up session.
SHORT TERM-GUIDANCE
6 Sessions
750 €
For many challenges, just a few sessions are enough to create lasting change.
Suitable, for example, if you’re dealing with grief, stress, inner restlessness, anxiety, smoking cessation, or weight loss.
INTENSIV-GUIDANCE
12 Sessions

For long-standing or more complex challenges.
If your patterns have been with you for a long time, if you would like to work on several areas at once, or if you want more ongoing support over a longer period of time.
TIME OUT IN CYPRUS
1 Week in Cyprus + 6 Online Sessions

If you’d like to step away from everyday life and are looking for a more intensive level of support.
During your week in Cyprus, we’ll work together on your challenges each day—sometimes focusing on deeper personal topics, sometimes simply on relaxation and reconnecting with yourself.
There will also be plenty of time to enjoy the sunshine, good food, movement, the beach, meaningful conversations, and genuine rest.
After your stay, I’ll continue to support you through six online sessions to help you integrate the changes into your everyday life in a lasting way.
