Hypnotherapy (CTW) & Nutrition Coaching

Resolve inner restlessness & exhaustion – calm your mind & bring your body back into balance – gain clarity & reconnect with yourself

What we do and what it’s about

Many people actually have their life under control. On the outside, a lot is working – work, daily life, relationships, responsibilities.

And yet, on the inside it often feels different:

You function – but feel restless or exhausted
You think a lot – but don’t gain real clarity.
You lose yourself somewhere between daily life, expectations, and responsibility.

Anxiety, doubt, racing thoughts, or mental and physical exhaustion rarely exist only in the mind. They are deeply rooted in the body and often feel like we are somehow sabotaging ourselves.

At the same time, there is usually not that much wrong on the outside. Objectively, a lot is fine – and yet we feel stuck. Especially in our culture, we tend to stay in a constant state of tension, overthinking everything and looping through the same internal patterns.

That’s how these cycles are created.

The paradox is: resolving them is actually quite simple – but almost impossible when the body is in a constant state of stress. When the nervous system is in alarm mode, our perception narrows. We no longer see clearly, but only our thoughts and the stories around them. And those start to feel like reality.

Only when the body begins to calm down can we really see the patterns we are caught in. And in that moment, something shifts: you realize you are not trapped. You are a free, adult human being – and you can choose again. Change your perspective. And from there, real and lasting change becomes possible – in behavior, perception, and overall experience.

That’s why our work is not complicated. We start by slowing things down, releasing tension, and looking at what is actually going on beneath the surface. From there, you can begin to make conscious decisions again.

To support this, we work on two levels that complement each other: hypnotherapy to address unconscious patterns directly, and nutrition coaching to support the body’s regulation and stability.

HYPNOTHERAPY CTW (Online or in person)

A session usually follows a similar structure.

At the beginning, it’s about arriving, slowing down, and really understanding what is going on. Often, the problems we see in daily life are not the actual causes. Many things lie deeper and only show up on the surface.

Especially for people who think a lot and tend to function, many things are handled through the mind – and that’s exactly where we often end up going in circles.

We work with CTW hypnotherapy based on the approach of Oliver Ruppel. This is not about losing control or suggestion, but about entering a relaxed state in which unconscious patterns become accessible and can be changed.

The first step is almost always physical: releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and bringing attention back into the body. As the body relaxes, the brain shifts into a different mode. You move out of constant thinking, analyzing, and controlling.

In this state, connections become visible that often go unnoticed in everyday life – old imprints, automatic reactions, emotional patterns, and physical processes that usually remain unconscious.

As long as we try to solve problems only through thinking, we tend to stay stuck in the same loops. But when these deeper patterns become tangible and conscious, real freedom of choice emerges. You can shift your perspective – and from there, behavior often changes on its own.

People come with a wide range of topics, for example:

  • stress and constant inner tension
  • exhaustion or low energy
  • anxiety, overthinking, or racing thoughts
  • emotional overwhelm or pressure
  • difficulty switching off or sleep problems
  • self-doubt, fear of decisions, or inner blocks
  • putting yourself last or trying to please everyone
  • procrastination or difficulty taking action
  • physical symptoms without a clear cause (e.g. digestive issues, neck or back pain, headaches, inflammation, endometriosis, skin problems, abdominal pain, etc.)
  • recurring patterns or a sense of self-sabotage

There is nothing complicated about the process. We start by slowing things down, looking at what is really going on, and gradually untangling the patterns that keep you stuck.

Sessions usually last around 90 minutes and can take place in person or online.

NUTRITION COACHING (Online or in person)

When it comes to nutrition and training, it’s rarely just about knowledge or the “right plan.”

Many physical issues are closely connected to stress, the nervous system, digestion, and underlying patterns. That’s why we don’t work with rigid concepts, but instead look at what your body actually needs and can tolerate.

My approach is partly influenced by the work of Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride. A central focus is often the gut. The goal is to provide the body with the nutrients it needs for regeneration and stability, while reducing dietary stressors that may interfere with healing.

When digestion, nutrient absorption, and inflammation improve, this often affects the whole system – including symptoms that don’t seem directly related to the gut at first.

People come with a wide range of topics, for example:

  • digestive issues, IBS, or food sensitivities
  • skin problems or inflammatory conditions
  • hormonal imbalances or cycle-related issues
  • chronic fatigue, low energy, or concentration problems
  • cravings, sugar cravings, or lack of satiety
  • weight regulation or metabolic issues
  • autoimmune or stress-related symptoms
  • reduced performance, sleep problems, or lack of recovery

The main focus is always to develop a better sense of your own body and to make decisions based on what actually works for you – rather than following a rigid nutrition plan.

If it makes sense, nutrition coaching can be combined very effectively with hypnotherapy. While hypnotherapy works on internal patterns and stress regulation, nutrition supports the body on a biological level. Both often complement each other – but don’t have to.

FOR COMPANIES, ENTREPRENEURS & LEADERS

Workshops, talks, or individual support are available on request.

Many entrepreneurs and leaders function at a high level – carrying a lot of responsibility, making constant decisions, and staying mentally engaged most of the time.

And yet, in everyday life it often shows up as:

  • inner tension or pressure
  • little real mental calm
  • difficulty switching off or sleep problems
  • decision pressure or overthinking
  • little time or energy for themselves

The content is not based on a fixed program, but always shaped around what is actually needed in the specific context – within the team, the company, or for the individual leader.

In many cases, change begins with the person who carries responsibility. Your internal state directly affects communication, decision-making, and the overall atmosphere within a team.

That’s why I work with entrepreneurs, leaders, and executives both on their own stress regulation and clarity, as well as on how they lead and create space for others.

Talks or short input sessions can be a good starting point. They create awareness, open perspectives, and make connections visible. However, lasting change rarely happens through this alone.

Workshops allow for deeper work – both on understanding key dynamics and on shared regulation and group processes. Real personal change, however, usually requires individuals to be willing to look at their own patterns on a deeper level.

This is why longer-term 1:1 support for leaders is often the most effective approach. It creates a space to work, in a calm and confidential way, on stress, internal pressure, decision-making, conflicts, or personal topics that directly impact leadership and company culture.

Topics may include, for example:

  • reducing inner tension, stress, and mental overload
  • making clearer decisions, communicating more clearly, and leading more calmly
  • regulating decision pressure, fear, or self-doubt
  • handling conflict and tension more constructively
  • creating psychological safety within teams
  • difficulty switching off or sleep problems
  • exhaustion, low energy, or lack of recovery
  • putting yourself last or trying to please everyone
  • procrastination or difficulty taking action
  • physical symptoms such as digestive issues or stress-related complaints

If this resonates, feel free to get in touch and we can explore what would make sense in your context.

About me

I completed a dual study program with the oil and gas company Royal Dutch Shell, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Management. I then spent around ten years in various roles within the company and experienced firsthand the dynamics of responsibility, performance pressure, and high workload.

So I know what it’s like to function – to perform, to think a lot, and still not feel truly at ease internally.

Over time, I became more and more interested in understanding why people – myself included – can be disciplined, knowledgeable, and well-structured, and still feel internally stressed, exhausted, or stuck.

This led me to become self-employed, initially working in the field of sports and health coaching, mainly with people under high demand, entrepreneurs, and leaders.

At the same time, I began to dive deeper into nutrition, gut health, and the body’s ability to regulate itself. Today, I also work as a certified nutrition coach.

A key turning point was my partner’s experience with endometriosis and seeing how much symptoms can change through targeted nutritional adjustments. I have observed similar developments in many other cases as well.

Through this, I came across the work of Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, who highlights the close connection between the gut, the nervous system, and psychological stability. This perspective still shapes how I look at physical health today.

At the same time, my work with clients made one thing increasingly clear:

If the underlying patterns and unconscious processes are not addressed, people tend to return to the same point over and over again.

Looking for a deeper approach, I eventually came across the work of Oliver Ruppel.

Through working with him and training as a CTW hypnotherapist, I continue to learn how closely connected the mind, nervous system, body, and behavior really are – and how much of it happens unconsciously.

Today, I combine these two areas: hypnotherapy to work on internal patterns and stress regulation, and nutrition to support the body’s stability and self-regulation.

I mainly work with people who carry a lot of responsibility and want to feel more stable, clear, and free – both physically and mentally.

This understanding shapes all of my work.
