Holistic Health Support – in person in Cyprus or online

Hypno-Coaching (CTW), nutrition and training coaching – tailored to your mental and physical health

What I do and what it’s about

Many people actually have their life under control. On the outside, things are working – work, daily life, relationships, responsibilities.

And yet, on the inside it often feels different:

You function – but feel restless or exhausted.
You think a lot – but don’t gain real clarity.
You lose yourself somewhere between daily life, expectations, and responsibility.

These challenges rarely exist only in the mind. They often show up in the body as well – as tension, fatigue, or physical symptoms.

At the same time, there is usually not that much wrong on the outside. Objectively, a lot is fine – and yet this feeling of being stuck remains.

In many cases, working on just one area is not enough.

Only talking, only nutrition, or only training often falls short – because body, mind, and behavior are closely connected. Real and lasting change usually happens when these areas are addressed together and applied in everyday life.

This is exactly where my work begins.

I don’t work with fixed programs. Instead, I support you individually – based on what you actually need. This can include hypnocoaching, nutrition or training coaching, or a combination of all three.

The work is intentionally personal and intensive: always 1:1, in sessions of 90 to 120 minutes.

Where possible, I work with you in person here in Cyprus (Region Paphos) – at your home or directly within your daily life, for example during training, while shopping, or in conversations where we address things clearly and directly.

It’s not about learning more or finding the “perfect plan”.

It’s about creating clarity, regulating the body, and making real changes in your everyday life.

HYPNOY-COACHING CTW (in person in CY or online)

Hypno-Coaching is a central part of my work when it comes to understanding and changing internal patterns.

At the beginning, the focus is on arriving and really understanding what is going on. Often, the problems we see in daily life are not the actual cause.

Especially for people who think a lot and tend to function, many things are handled through the mind – and that’s exactly where we often get stuck in loops.

CTW hypnosis is not about losing control or suggestion. It’s about entering a relaxed state where unconscious patterns become accessible and can be changed.

The first step is almost always physical: releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and bringing attention back into the body.

As relaxation increases, perception shifts. You move out of constant thinking and analyzing, and begin to see connections that usually go unnoticed.

As long as we try to solve problems only through thinking, we tend to stay stuck. When deeper patterns become visible and tangible, real freedom of choice emerges.

Depending on the situation, hypnocoaching can be part of a session or used more specifically.

Typical topics include:

  • stress and inner tension
  • exhaustion or low energy
  • overthinking or lack of clarity
  • emotional pressure or overwhelm
  • self-doubt or difficulty making decisions
  • sleep issues or difficulty switching off
  • physical symptoms without a clear cause
  • recurring patterns or self-sabotage
  • habits such as smoking, emotional eating, or similar behaviors
  • weight-related topics or relationship with your body

NUTRITION COACHING (in person in CY or online)

Nutrition is a key part of my work when it comes to stabilizing the body and improving energy, recovery, and performance.

It’s rarely just about knowledge or the “right plan”.

Many physical issues are closely connected to stress, the nervous system, digestion, and underlying patterns. That’s why we don’t follow rigid concepts, but instead focus on what your body actually needs and tolerates.

A central focus is often the gut and the body’s ability to absorb and process nutrients.

When digestion, nutrient absorption, and inflammation improve, this often affects the whole system – including areas not obviously linked to nutrition.

Depending on the situation, nutrition can be part of a session or used more specifically.

This can also become very practical – for example when shopping, cooking, or implementing changes in everyday life.

Typical topics include:

  • digestive issues, intolerances, or allergies
  • skin conditions or inflammation
  • hormonal topics (e.g. cycle, skin, energy)
  • chronic fatigue or fluctuating energy levels
  • cravings or lack of satiety
  • weight regulation or body-related topics
  • autoimmune or stress-related symptoms
  • sleep, recovery, or reduced performance

TRAINING & PERSONAL COACHING (in person in CY or online)

Movement and training are an important part of building strength, energy, and physical resilience.

But it’s not about finding the “perfect workout plan”.

It’s about integrating movement into your life in a way that is sustainable and actually works for you.

Many people train regularly and still don’t see real progress.

Often this is due to a lack of structure, poor execution, or because training doesn’t fit their overall lifestyle.

At the same time, more training is not always the solution.

In some cases, doing less – or approaching things differently – is what allows the body to recover and improve.

We figure out together what makes sense for you and work from there.

This includes practical work as well – for example training together, refining technique, and developing a better connection to your body.

Typical topics include:

  • lack of structure or direction in training
  • uncertainty with exercises or technique
  • no progress despite regular training
  • tension or physical imbalances
  • building strength, stability, and mobility
  • body composition or weight-related goals
  • integrating movement into a busy lifestyle

FOR COMPANIES, ENTREPRENEURS & LEADERS

Workshops, talks, or individual support are available on request.

Many entrepreneurs and leaders operate at a high level – carrying responsibility, making constant decisions, and staying mentally engaged most of the time.

And yet, in everyday life it often shows up as:

  • inner tension or pressure
  • lack of real mental calm
  • difficulty switching off or sleep issues
  • decision pressure or overthinking
  • little time or energy for themselves

Content is not based on fixed programs, but always shaped around what is actually needed – within the team, the company, or for the individual.

In many cases, change starts with the person who carries responsibility.

Your internal state directly affects communication, decision-making, and the overall atmosphere within a team.

This is why my work with entrepreneurs and leaders often focuses on individual 1:1 support – in person or online.

Talks or short input sessions can be a useful starting point. They create awareness, open perspectives, and make underlying patterns visible. However, lasting change rarely happens through this alone.

Workshops allow for deeper work – both in understanding key dynamics and in shared regulation and group processes.

Real change, however, usually begins when individuals are willing to look at their own patterns on a deeper level.

For this reason, longer-term 1:1 support is often the most effective approach. It creates space to work – in a calm and confidential setting – on stress, internal pressure, decision-making, conflicts, and personal topics that directly impact leadership and company culture.

Typical topics include:

  • reducing stress, inner tension, and mental overload
  • making clearer decisions and communicating with more presence
  • handling pressure, fear, or self-doubt more effectively
  • navigating conflict and tension more constructively
  • creating psychological safety within teams
  • improving sleep, recovery, and the ability to switch off
  • increasing energy and resilience
  • overcoming patterns such as people-pleasing or avoidance
  • addressing physical symptoms linked to stress

If this resonates, feel free to reach out and we can explore what would make sense in your context.

ABOUT ME

I completed a dual study program with Royal Dutch Shell and then spent around ten years working in different roles within the company. During that time, I experienced firsthand what responsibility, pressure, and high workload actually feel like.

I know what it’s like to function – to perform, to think constantly, and still not feel truly at ease internally.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in understanding why people – myself included – can be disciplined, knowledgeable, and structured, and still feel stressed, exhausted, or stuck.

This led me to become self-employed, initially working in the field of sports and health coaching, mainly with people under high levels of demand – entrepreneurs, leaders, and individuals with busy lives.

At the same time, I began to dive deeper into nutrition, gut health, and the body’s ability to regulate itself. Today, I am a certified nutrition coach.

A key turning point was my partner’s experience with endometriosis and seeing how much symptoms can change through targeted nutritional adjustments. I have observed similar developments in many other cases as well.

Through this, I came across the work of Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, who highlights the close connection between the gut, nervous system, and mental stability. This perspective still shapes how I look at physical health today.

At the same time, training has been part of my life since my early youth. I have spent many years working with strength training and have learned from various experienced coaches – including through direct, in-person work, for example with Arlow Pieniak.

Through my work with clients, one thing became very clear:

If underlying patterns are not addressed, people tend to return to the same point again and again.

This led me to the work of Oliver Ruppel and CTW hypnotherapy.

Through my training and ongoing work in this field, I continue to deepen my understanding of how closely mind, nervous system, body, and behavior are connected – and how much of it happens unconsciously.

Today, I combine these areas: using hypnocoaching to work on internal patterns and stress regulation, and nutrition and training to support the body’s stability and performance.

I work in a highly individual 1:1 setting – in person or online – supporting people in developing more clarity, energy, and stability, both mentally and physically.

It’s not just about conversations or concepts – it’s about real change in everyday life.
